Velliana Tanaya is an accomplished academic and legal professional with a deep commitment to education and research. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) and went on to pursue her Master of Law and Doctor of Law from the same university, specializing in Business Law, Contract Law, and Indonesian Tort Law. Since 2006, Velliana has been dedicated to teaching, shaping the minds of future legal professionals.

Velliana’s journey in academia has been marked by excellence and dedication. Her passion for law and education led her to join UPH as a faculty member, where she has made significant contributions to the field. Her expertise in Business Law, Contract Law, and Indonesian Tort Law has not only enriched the academic community but has also inspired countless students.

In addition to her role as a lecturer, Velliana has taken on various leadership positions within UPH. Currently serving at Universitas Pelita Harapan as the Executive Dean of the College of Art & Social Sciences and the Dean of the Faculty of Law, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the university’s academic programs. Her leadership has been instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the institution.
