Dendi Adisuryo is a seasoned corporate lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising on high-value energy, mining, and infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia. He specialises in complex, state-influenced sectors, including public-private partnerships (PPP) and cross-border investments, where legal, regulatory, and commercial considerations intersect.

Madeline Kimei is an independent arbitration practitioner, focusing on work as counsel and accepting appointments as arbitrator, mediator and adjudicator.
Madeline has over 15 years’ experience in domestic and international dispute resolution, having acted for private entities in numerous complex, high-value disputes.
Her arbitration experience includes all the established arbitral rules, including those of the ICC, LCIA, KIAC, CRCICA, UNCITRAL, TIArb and the 1990 EDF.
