Overview
Geopolitical tensions are no longer distant risks — they are actively reshaping shipping routes, trade flows, and contractual performance.
How should parties respond when established trading conditions shift unexpectedly?
BIAMC presents a webinar
“Shipping and Trade Contracts in Times of Conflict: Performance and Risk Allocation”
The session offers a broader view of legal risk management in maritime transport — from both cargo and passenger perspectives — including preventive and anticipatory approaches in today’s evolving global landscape.
