Ben Olbourne is an international arbitration practitioner and arbitrator with extensive experience across complex cross-border commercial disputes, acting in both counsel and arbitral appointments under major international arbitral institutions including ICC, SIAC, LCIA, HKIAC, and UNCITRAL. He has particular expertise in international trade, construction and infrastructure, energy and natural resources, insurance, commodities, and shipping disputes.
Based between London and Singapore through 39 Essex Chambers, Ben has worked extensively across Asia and regularly acts in matters involving multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, and cross-jurisdictional disputes governed by a wide range of international laws. He has also been appointed as arbitrator in more than 40 international references across various jurisdictions and arbitral rules.
Ben is recognised in leading legal directories for his work in international arbitration and commercial disputes, and is noted for his strategic and practical approach to complex international matters.

An internationally recognised arbitrator, mediator, and dispute resolution specialist, Dinesh Kumar Bishnoi has over four decades of experience across arbitration, commercial disputes, international trade, construction, maritime, investment, and cross-border finance matters.
He currently serves as Presiding Arbitrator, Sole Arbitrator, and Co-Arbitrator in numerous domestic and international tribunals, with appointments from leading arbitral institutions, high courts, multinational entities, and international parties across multiple jurisdictions.
His professional background combines extensive legal and dispute resolution expertise with significant exposure to the financial and investment sector, including experience overseeing investment evaluation and monitoring involving major financial institutions and large-scale corporate entities.
